All products are handcrafted or custom-made by Chaos & Calm. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual item due to the handmade nature of our products.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept payments through Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order.
We ship within the United States. Processing times vary depending on the product — custom orders may take longer. Shipping times and costs will be communicated at checkout.
Chaos & Calm is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products:
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
All designs, images, text, and content on this Site are the property of Chaos & Calm and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Custom orders are subject to a consultation process. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins. A deposit may be required for custom work.
Chaos & Calm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of products.
